Workshops in Music and Performance





Free workshops in music and performance for
14-19 year olds in Edinburgh.
A six-week block of engaging, professionally-led music and performance workshops kicks off in two Edinburgh locations next week.

Part of Impact Arts' Cashback to the Future programme, the aim is to offer fulfilling creative experiences to disadvantaged young people.

PERFORMANCE
Led by drama facilitator Hazel Bruce.
Every Monday, 6.30pm - 8.30pm  //  Runs 4th September - 9th October 2017
6VT Youth Cafe, 11-15 Vennel, Edinburgh EH1 2HU

MUSIC
Led by professional musician Conal McIntosh.
Every Wednesday, 5pm - 7pm  //  Runs 6th September - 11th October 2017
Canongate Youth, 6 Infirmary Road, Edinburgh EH1 1LT


Young people taking part must meet one of the following criteria:

Not in education or training
At risk of disengaging from school
At risk of engaging in anti-social behaviour
Resident in an area of multiple deprivation
