You'll earn a salary working in an exciting and fast-paced environment, whilst completing training for a recognised qualification.

Our apprentices help private bankers and their assistants deliver excellent service to clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring that important admin and client-related processes are completed quickly and accurately.

You will help maintain client relations and support great customer service, working closely with the Private Banking client teams.

You will help with day to day business tasks including:

  • ·         Completing internet searches

  • ·         Preparing reports and proposals for client meetings and completing documentation afterwards

  • ·         Making sure client order documents are stored correctly on client files

  • ·         Creating letters to clients

What you could go on to do:

Your career development and professional qualifications don’t stop after the Apprenticeship. Focused and determined individuals will be able to attain further qualifications - equivalent to a degree – and when your training is complete, you will take on the role of Wealth Management Client Support Officer.

How you will be supported:

Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Skills Company.

Onsite support will be provided by your line manager, team, mentor and HR.

What can we offer you?

  • ·         An exciting opportunity to take your first steps into the world of finance - an apprenticeship with a truly global firm, one which won 'Highly Commended' and was included in the 'Top 100 Employers' list at the 2015 National Apprenticeship Awards

  • ·         When we say global, we mean it - UBS has over 900 offices in over 50 countries, and we have been helping clients for over 150 years

  • ·         Great additional training programmes, through our training partners Skills Company, Fitch Learning and our UBS Business University
