Apprenticeship scheme provides ambitious and talented people with an
alternative route to a career in financial services.
You'll
earn a salary working in an exciting and fast-paced environment, whilst
completing training for a recognised qualification.
Our
apprentices help private bankers and their assistants deliver excellent service
to clients.
You will
be responsible for ensuring that important admin and client-related processes
are completed quickly and accurately.
You will
help maintain client relations and support great customer service, working
closely with the Private Banking client teams.

- · Ensuring client information is correct and up to date
- · Completing internet searches
- · Preparing reports and proposals for client meetings and completing documentation afterwards
- · Making sure client order documents are stored correctly on client files
- · Creating letters to clients
What you could go on to do:
Your career development and professional qualifications don’t stop after the Apprenticeship. Focused and determined individuals will be able to attain further qualifications - equivalent to a degree – and when your training is complete, you will take on the role of Wealth Management Client Support Officer.
How you will be supported:
Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Skills Company.
Onsite support will be provided by your line manager, team, mentor and HR.

What will happen next:
Successful
candidates who meet initial entry screening will attend an assessment centre
and if picked, will have two rounds of business interviews.

YOU MUST
BE 16+ TO APPLY FOR AN APPRENTICESHIP.
From 1st
October 2016 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.40 per
hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the
first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National
Minimum Wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices
applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training. Some employers pay
apprentices more than the NMW. Please Note: Traineeships are unpaid.
