Quartermile - Office Administrator

A vacancy has arisen for a full time Office Administrator to join the team at the Quartermile development in Edinburgh.

The role will include but not be limited to:
• Answer the telephone and direct calls as appropriate
• Greet visitors and ensure they have signed in, in line with Office procedures
• Open and distribute incoming mail
• Franking of external mail and ensuring the franking machine is in credit
• Manage the meeting room bookings
• Provide catering for meetings when required
• Monitor stationary levels
• Keep reception and meeting rooms tidy
• Printing, copying and scanning of documents
• Assist with other departments as and when required

Personal attributes:
• Good communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Enthusiastic individual
• A knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

No experience is required as training will be given to the right candidate.
